iKAN Software

"Today we can estimate that the total spent on IT exceeds $1 trillion per year. More amazingly, 75% of that is used for managing existing systems, most of which is dominated by the cost to manage complex software that has been built over the past 25 years"
Timothy Chou,
"The End of Software"

"We were challenged with coming up with a solution for scanning documents through a Citrix Connection. iKAN brought a technology that would allow us to exploit Citrix’s virtual channel functionality to solve our scanning issue. iKAN was very reasonably priced and very responsible about the number of hours bid and charged. Their solution was thorough and was well accepted by the user community. We continue to expand upon its functionality today."

Paul Peloquin,

Director, IT Business Services

Our Company

From the beginning, iKAN Software has embraced change, which is why our suite of services and products are continually evolving. We help our clients move towards a paperless enterprise by providing real, scalable solutions that fit any situation or level of service. iKAN Software products seamlessly integrate with many of the industry’s largest platforms and software, and we can do all of this more cost effectively than our competition.

Our History

Since 1992, we have been integral in developing solutions for electronically capturing and managing paper documents. Throughout the years, we’ve used almost every software product available for document imaging and retrieval. Across the board, every product we used left something to be desired. Some were too cumbersome, some wouldn’t easily integrate into existing systems, and some created digital records that weren’t 100% accurate – or trustworthy. Tired of trying to make existing programs fit, we decided to put our technology expertise to work and build our own solution.

In 1999, iKAN Software was founded on a simple premise – we found a better way to provide document imaging and information management tools. iKAN Software offers a suite of software services and products that enhance productivity, reduce costs, fulfill legal compliance issues, and provide you with access to the critical information you need, when you need it. Fortune 100 companies as well as entrepreneurial start-ups depend on iKAN to turn their paper headaches into easily accessible digital information.
