Description of the iKAN Virtual Document Center

The iKAN Virtual Document Center is an On Demand Document Management solution licensed by subscription. It’s a new model that brings a fresh approach to an old problem – effectively storing, managing and preserving your paper and electronic documents while providing immediate and secure access from anywhere – at anytime.

Besides all of the benefits associated with a secure, pay-as-you- go-solution, you’ll find a range of options that allow you to get started with a system that will meet your level of business and requirements. If you have a PC with the following minimum configuration, you’re ready!

  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.5 or newer, with 128-bit SSL encryption
  • Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader version 5 (for viewing PDF files)

500 Megabytes of storage space (approximately 10,000 pages)

2. Small Business Level – From $199 per month

5 Login ID’s
1 Gigabyte of storage space (approximately 20,000 pages)

3. Small Enterprise Level – From $ 549 per month

25 Login ID’s
3 Gigabytes of storage space (approximately 60,000 B&W pages)

4. Encrypted Server with Private Key Encryption – From $1,499 per month

100 Login ID’s
10 Gigabytes of storage space (up to 200,000 pages)
